The Role: AIM is seeking an Associate Trader to join our team of investment professionals. This person will help invest client accounts by buying and selling mutual funds, ETF’s and equities. Our team uses Advyzon’s Quantum Rebalancer and other tools to help trade.
- Trade mutual funds, ETF’s and equities in client accounts, using Advyzon’s Quantum Rebalancer as well as custodian and other tools
- Connect daily with traders and brokers to resolve issues and ensure timely settlement of trades
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the trade lifecycle by interacting with traders, strategists, clients, and technologists to work toward the shared goal of risk mitigation
- Monitor daily reconciliations between various trading systems
- Build relationships with outside financial institutions (brokers, custodians, prime broker and fund administrator) to improve quality and productivity of work, integrating best practices as appropriate

The Role: AIM is seeking a Head Trader to join our team of investment professionals. This person will help invest client accounts by buying and selling mutual funds, ETF’s and equities. Head Traders train and guide Associate Traders. Our team primarily uses Advyzon’s Quantum Rebalancer to calculate trades for portfolios. This is an internally built piece of software that Head Traders have the ability to change and improve as we identify opportunities.

The Role: AIM is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to join our growing team! This person will be responsible for developing and executing a strategy to market and sell the AIM platform to the advisor community. The chosen candidate will manage a growing team of sales people, meet and exceed quarterly/annual goals, develop strong external relationships to help uncover new opportunities and do what it takes to help AIM grow. Candidates must be self-starters within an entrepreneurial environment with strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills. This position will require some travel, will report to the CEO and have P/L responsibilities.
